Fixed a bug where updating Linear Measurement 1 or Linear Measurement 2 was not updating the sales price. Job punches will now be added to the job’s labor totals in the timesheet automatically when the paycheck for those puches is posted.

Added an error message to 1099 form if there is no state tax ID in Company Setup. 9.256 Posted on January 25, 2018April 17, 2018 by Derek Martin Tax was not calculating correctly in point of sales: it was showing the taxable amount in the tax field. Fixed a set of rounding issues where the amount displayed on invoices and orders was rounded differently than what posted by a penny or two. Added an over-all margin field at the bottom of the quote, order, and invoice forms. Releasing to manufacturing will now update the build quantity to the order quantity if they do not match. Previously would not allow releasing if they didn’t match. Added a clear locks button to inventory transfers. Ordering a build whose UoM quantity <> 1 was previously creating the exact quantity of the build rather than multiplying by the UoM quantity. We changed to always multiply the build quantity by the UoM quantity for the sales UoM for the built item. This means an assembly should be set up to produce one of the sales unit of measure of the product. Opening a list form for the first time will no longer ask “…Do you want to Reset to the default settings?” instead it will just always use the defaults in this case. Added a subform to the Job dashboard to show jobs that are postable. Removed duplicate lines from the job activity summary: mostly a problem with receivables/payables for multiple invoices/Purchase Invoices. Fixed: Voucher linking will now ignore links to voided job transfers. Fixed: the job final billing for a job was not including departments on the detail lines. The pricing level generation form was failing when updating more than 3500 lines. Extended this limit. The open quotes/orders form will now disallow adding released orders to any other orders. Fixed a problem with general assemblies on invoices where reselecting the product ID would add to the assembly without removing the original lines first. Fixed: posting a build used to not update the posted date for the build. Will now not allow converting an order to a Job transfer if the builds are not posted. Duplicating an inventory item will now automatically set the new ID to upper case. Added a new form to edit the pricing information on large numbers of items at once. (Accessible at the bottom of the inventory list form, tied to the permission for the globale price update agent.) Added support for the new Paradigm emailer, but gave a switch to only turn on when in place. (Paradigm emailer not ready at this point). Fixed bug in kits that caused only the first line to get a sales price and the rest to get zeros. Changed the message when exceeding licenses so that it tells the user to contact Paragon. In the checkbook form, the bank button should be disabled by the user security. Removed warnings in the paycheck form when editing the taxes, earnings, etc. Sped up order line deletion on unreleased orders. It does not need to update units committed, etc. in that situation. Sped up POS line entry.

Posted builds will not be considered in quantity checks when re-releasing an order. (in the case of manufacturing changing the build quantity before post). Added Audit trail to: clearing locks; changing credit hold on orders; quick entry; adding quotes to orders; adding orders to invoices. Fixed bug in paychecks: filtering the form to one employee but then adding a check for a different employee would not filter to the new check, but would put the first available paycheck (even posted ones) in the filter into edit mode. Update totals will now never be allowed to run for posted/completed invoices/orders/purchase invoices/purchase orders. Audit trail will now track exceeding license limit and admins force closing sessions. Fixed: posting an invoice for a back-order was automatically creating receivables for any prepayments associated to the original order even if they were fully used on the original order. Therefore it now ignores any prepayments that have been marked as paid. Fixed bug in order/quote form where clicking the customer hyperlink on a customer with multiple phone numbers would change the bill-to and ship-to phone number to the first in their contact list, ignoring which one was set to primary.

May not log in more users than are allowed on the license key. On a purchase invoice, double clicking qty received will now also update pcs received. Fixed a bug that allowed entering lines without departement IDs by adding lines in the middle of an order. Fixed sizing issue on GL detail form. Added a current qty available field to order forms. Fixed: Switching an item to a com item was opening the description popup if trying to edit the description immediately afterward. Added ability to use F6 search when adding items to build detail. Fixed: In build form in the production tab, changing the “done” flag locked the build for manufacturing even when setting “done” to false.
