Feature Additions and Major Changes
- Added a way to specify a template item to use as the template for each new item when adding items through the inventory import.
- Added an option to have quotes/orders/invoices notify when changing the sales tax to a zero rate.
Bug Fixes and Minor Improvements
- Added a button to view the total cost selected per vendor in the purchasing agent.
- Added an option to lock the freight to zero for a customer (Any new orders for that customer will have the freight locked).
- Fixed an issue where inventory adjustments with edit locks could be unposted but not reposted.
- Fixed the ordering of the detail lines in write check form.
- Fixed a customer ID creation bug: if there was a customer ID ending in 10, it couldn’t make the 11th one.
- Made a change to put saved ship IDs at the top of the list.
- Removed “terms frequency” form since it is not used.
- Fixed an issue where when clearing locks on an invoice, it was incorrectly saying it would delete pull labels. They only actually are deleted for orders.
- Made a change to allow making a second back order when an invoice is unposted, detail lines are changed and the invoice is reposted, and those items are not on the other back order.
- Made a change to limit pricing types to only valid ones in the customer category pricing.
- Made a change to no longer allow prepayments with amounts more than 3 decimal places (0.001).
- Added additional audit trailing in quick build form.
- When opening the attachments form on an order/quote detail, it will now go into edit mode immediately.
- Made a change to job transfer posting to handle unit measure quantities other than one on non-stock inventory items.
- Fixed an issue where changing something on an order detail line with a posted build was resetting the build quantity even if it was changed via production.
- Added an option per machine in rollformer production to immediately create a pull label when printing the label report.
- Added a fix for a minor lot costing issue.
