  • Fixed: Converting a PO to a PI will now calculate the terms based on the current date rather than the PO date.
  • Removed the setup checklist.
  • Added a CTRL+SHIFT+A shortcut to get to audit trail.
  • Once a job is changed out of the status of “estimate”, the “Add Quote” button will change to “Add Order”.
  • Fixed final billing for a job: it would find and post to the correct tax code, but the tax rate displayed on the invoice was the one from the customer.
  • Fixed: If doing a final billing for a job and then immediately posting the job, it would give a benign error stating that the job has already been billed fully.
  • Added double click to the quote/order ship date to set it to the current date if it is blank.
  • Fixed build substitution to handle different unit measure quantities and non-linear items that have linear amounts on them.
  • Added an F6 customer search to the job form.
  • Added the “Copy Billto to ShipTo” button to the quote form (the same as the one on the order form).
  • Added a “PcsToBackOrder” to the order detail, and made order conversion factor it in. To be edited from Fulfillment.
  • Added a possible fix for the email resources exceeded bug.
  • Fixed build posting so that it won’t try to receive the build with a null cost if there is no detail cost.
  • Changed the customer form back to working with smaller screens. (problem noticed on 1440×900) it still might not support smaller screens than that.
  • Dispatching: added conditional formatting to the max LG field if length is larger than truck max LG, also did this for max weight.
  • Dispatching: no longer will show truck ID or Driver ID to the user when creating them, it caused confusion.
  • Production: added a form to show recently completed builds and will allow un-completing them as long as the order is not completed.
  • Production: added a form to allow adding/removing bundles from the selected order. Can be turned on/off as a user security preference (System>Security>Settings).
  • Production: The rollformer production screen will now normalize the measurements (e.g. 0′ 60″ => 5′ 0″)
  • Production: added an option to always prompt for operator when completing a build at a machine.
