Bug Fixes and Minor Adjustments

• Fixed: splitting inventory transfers was failing.
• P10: will now try multiple times to recover lost connections before throwing the login window.
• P10: Fixed the select all button on the form to convert to invoice with PO products that haven’t been received yet.
• P10: fixed unit of measures in the inventory pricing tab.
• P10: Disabled printing multiple PDFs from a list (will be brought back in a later build)
• P10: fixed: ship to zip was mislabeled as “Bill to Zip” in list views.
• P10: fixed Dispatching trip detail orders will show green if completed. Selected lines will not show blue.
• P10: Disabled connection retrying. Will add back later in a less intrusive way.
