Bug Fixes and Minor Adjustments

• Fixed incrementation bug: pressing the plus sign to add a new incremented line in a bundle also duplicated the entire bundle.
• Changed state tax calculation so that a customer with a NO TAX default will update the tax based on the state, if it is trying to update a taxable code to NO TAX.
